Subject:  Being Lettered

Ref:  Nomination of William Butman III for driving distance letter

1.  I concur with Mr. Butman's recommendation of this award; therefore it is
approved.

2.  This award is given as an incentive to other alumni, to encourage them to
travel to our future events.

3.  This award can be revoked at any time, with committee approval, for misuse
(i.e., strutting, wearing inappropriately, bragging, and/or anything else the
committee deems unfit). This applies to all letter awards.
