I've offered as many ways of getting to Chat as I can find, I hope you will all be there soon!

                         Ircle   WebTV  Java applet

Please click the mIRC button to download the latest version of mIRC. Or the Pirch button for the latest version of it.  If you have any troubles with it please call Rick at work (Mon-Fri 10a-6p) at 1-800-746-9274. Ask for Rick. I usually have time during the day to help talk you through problems. At any other time just e-mail me. Once you download the mIRC program just double-click the setup icon and it will set itself up on your PC. The program will ask you some questions during set up, just answer them...it's really easy.

Once you have set it up, dial into your Internet Service Provider (ISP). After your connection to your ISP is up, minimize your browser (or AOL program) and click on the mIRC icon (it should be on your desktop). Once into mIRC, hit the connect button.  When you see the set up options pop up on your screen, find the NewNet servers in the list and select one of them.  Then click connect.  Type /join #Ffm_Uber_Alles to join the chat room.  If you already have mirc set up on your computer then click to connect, click the yellow folder that is the second from the left and repeat the above steps to connect to NewNet

For Pirch click HERE for pictorial instructions  Please check under Basic Pirch set up for instructions on setting up. Click the log on button, then click the down arrow on IRC Network.  Select NewNet, then select one of the servers with the down arrow for  IRC server.   The command to join is /join #ffm_uber_alles.

Ok, yet another way to access the FAHS chat using webTV.  Choose Community from your Home page. Choose Chat. Choose Go To.  Type IRC then one of the servers listed at the bottom of this page, in the third box type #ffm_uber_alles.   Use NEWNET as the server.

That's all there is to it. Chat is set up for Friday nights after 8pm Eastern time here in the good ole USA.....if no one is in early keep checking back as sometimes it doesn't get really cranked up 'till late.
