For a proper vinegar based dressing you need quality ingredients:
Dijon mustard, finestkind
Fine vegetable oil
Three kinds of vinegar, balsamic, apple cider, and red wine...
just a pinch.
Can you say Emulsion?
In a small jar or vessel put a dollop of mustard, then mix in equal parts of red wine
and applecider vinegar, one half that amount
of balsamic. stir, or shake to dissolve the mustard, add a pich of sugar, then add oil and
shake again. The amount of oil can vary to your tastes....
