Lee Ann's Aruba Journey Photo Gallery

I had a great time in Aruba, exploring off the island in a glass bottom boat and then traveling all over on land. I didn't get any pictures of the World War II wreck of the Antilles but it was very interesting to see. Aruba truly is a 'desert island'.

Ayo and Basari Rocks

This one looked to be the open mouth of a pit viper snake.

I climbed to the top of Basari Rocks.

Third highest point on the island of Aruba called Haystak.

Taken in the Basari Rock "garden"

The rocks in Basari & Ayo area looked different than any where else on the island.

This is called "Baby Bridge". The largest natural bridge on the island broke apart in September 2005. This one was side by side to the larger one.

On the right of this image you can see the broken pieces of the natural bridge that broke.

Mother nature created the larger natural bridge

Mother nature took it away too.

The power of the waves.

All dressed up to go to dinner.
