Troy Charles Madsen-Chicago, 29, midtown Kansas City, died Aug. 21, 1992, at Trinity Lutheran Hospital. Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Friday at the Peace Chapel, 600 Broadway.

The family suggests contributions to the Good Samaritan Project.

Mr. Madsen-Chicago was born in Fort Carson, Colo., and moved to Kansas City 11 years ago. He was a caterer for R.T.'s Deli. Survivors include his parents, Frank Chicago Sr., and Carolyn S. Chicago of Stockton, Calif.; three brothers, Frank Chicago Jr., Leawood, Mike Chicago, Stockton, and Rick Chicago, Albuquerque, N.M.; his paternal grandmother, Pauline Chicago, Tucson, Ariz.; and his maternal grandmother, Esther McCormick, Stockton. Survivors also include his companion, Michael D. Cook of the home.
